A newly built, high-specification development completed in a prime location in Nikiana, Lefkada. The project comprises three independent luxury villas (Artemis, Aphrodite, Mattina), constructed using modern building methods. Particular emphasis was placed on the structural integrity and thermal insulation of the building envelope, as well as on the installation of advanced air-conditioning systems and smart networks.
The use of high-quality materials in the bathrooms (hydromassage columns) and kitchens underscores the project’s construction excellence. The surrounding area has been designed with an emphasis on privacy, incorporating waterfalls and hydromassage features in the private swimming pools, all offering panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.
Anatoli Villas
The Anatoli Villas complex in Nikiana is a project that combines robust construction with a light, modern aesthetic. The challenge of the project was to position the three residences on sloping ground, so that each villa retains its privacy and unobstructed sea views.
